A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME...
Hi! My name is Eryn Beach and I am the founder of BeachBodii.
My Background:
I began dancing at the age of 5 and have not stopped moving since then.
I studied dance at an undergraduate level and therefore was required to maintain a high level of fitness. This meant that in addition to my school work and dance training, I spent a lot of time in fitness studios. Once I immersed myself in a fitness routine, my relationship with my body completely changed. I became obsessed! I had more energy and I became a lot more confident! I wanted everyone to feel like this, so I decided to become qualified and BeachBodii was born.

To create an atmosphere of support where we work together to improve and reach our goals.
To educate the client so they understand the 'why' in addition to 'how' and 'what'.
To focus on being positive and having a growth mindset, encouraging the clients to do the same.
To remain realistic about client expectations and desires, to avoid disappointment and relapse.
To deliver high-quality sessions in a safe environment, where clients can be sure they are receiving up to date information and professional instruction, ensuring safe practice and injury prevention.

BeachBodii encourages members of the public to be vigilant when participating in fitness classes or 1-to-1 sessions. Please make sure your trainer is properly certified in the area they are pursuing as doing so uncertified is unethical and puts you, as the client, at risk.
TYPES OF TRAINING

RESISTANCE TRAINING
My experiences in fitness training include a focus on Muscle Toning and Strengthening. A resistance focused program will help burn calories, boost the metabolism, and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises as well as a healthy diet will have you in tip top shape.
CARDIO TRAINING
Tired of sitting all day in the office? Do your body a favor and get your blood pumping. Health and fitness is as much about what your body looks like on the outside as it is about how it functions on the inside. Your heart is a muscle, too, and my cardio workouts will get your heart-rate up and make your cardio-vascular system healthier!


FLEXIBILITY TRAINING
Flexibility is not just about doing the splits. Stretching and Mobility training are important aspect of fitness and are the key to healthy joints. Whether it is the functional, day to day, movements or the exercises of a training regime, stretching will make it easier and pain free.
